Step 02
Stryker reviews your application
Your submission is placed in review. You are automatically taken to your dashboard, where your status will show as under review until a decision is made.
How we reviewStep 03
Advance to KYC verification
Applicants who pass Stryker's initial review complete full KYC on their dashboard: legal identity, SSN, home address, government ID (front and back), proof of address, emergency contact, and work authorization.
Step 04
Virtual Interview
After KYC approval, you will be invited to a brief virtual interview with the Stryker recruitment team via Zoom, before onboarding begins.
Step 05
2-week training program
Following your virtual interview, you are enrolled in Stryker's structured 2-week training program before starting your post.
